Description

The purpose of the panel is for industry to discuss how they can provide CEMA support within the Cyber Space that includes software, standards based services, adapting networks to be survivable, protected, intuitive, and interoperable in support of Land Based Operations (in the case of the Army).  Further, that there needs to be a strong connection between intelligence, signal, and cyber communities so that there is an understanding of the interface between communities.   Can industry provide rapid prototyping, adaptable program models, and develop an operational mindset for military members to operate within cyber space before, during, and after an attack to achieve the necessary capabilities to win the electromagnetic battle?
